Are You Kidding Me?

Are you kidding me? Tell me again why you think this is just another boring day. Tell me again why you are not happy? Are you kidding me? What is wrong with this picture that you have drawn for yourself? Today is the best day of your life so far, or it could be. It all depends on how you CHOOSE to interpret your world. You can be having the best day of your life so far if you CHOOSE to be having the best day of your life so far. Wow. I woke up happy, but I am getting in the “zone”. Every minute as I write these words, I get happier and happier. I live in a world of God’s miracles. I am alive in a world that is so perfect, that I think I have died and gone to heaven. Wow. Is this a great day or what? Okay, I guess you are a little annoyed that I said this world is perfect. Let me rephrase that…I live in God’s world, and God’s world is perfect. Wow. People take perfection, and instead of being amazed and overwhelmed with joy, a lot of people decide to be sad or downright miserable as they wake up to the magic of another day. Ow. People of sadness try to turn my wow days into ow days, but that is not possible. I try to turn ow days into wow days for other people and sometimes that is not possible either. Think of it this way, If I am doing a jigsaw puzzle and there are twenty pieces to use to complete the puzzle. If one piece is missing, the puzzle is ruined. If I have a 5,000-piece puzzle and have put 4,999 pieces together the puzzle is still ruined if the dog ate the last piece. God created all of us. He created us to complete his vision. Each one of us is of vital importance if God’s vision is to come to fruition. God has given us everything. Everything. E v e r y t h i n g. Without God there would be nothing. Even agnostics and atheists have been given everything, but they do not know that everything is a gift given to all of us out of love. Trust me. If everything is great for you without God, it is incredibly better when you know God. Back to my original premise…Are you kidding me? We have been given so much. We have not earned any of it. If you are a success, it is because God gave you your talents to be a success when he created you. It is like if someone went to CREATE A BEAR and created his or her own bear. Before the bear was stitched up, you would have put a heart into its chest. Wow. God put his spirit in our heart before he finished creating us and then sent us out on our own journeys. God gave us free will. Why are so many people unable to see the magic? Why isn’t everything perfect for you? Why aren’t you happy? Are you kidding me? Life happens, but so do miracles. Get through the hard times. Then for goodness sakes bring back the happy. Make this the best day of your life so far. (Deep Breath).
